When you register, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, organisation, professional role, and requested plan. Authentication credentials are processed by the configured identity provider and are not stored in the SBN application codebase.
How we use information
We use account information to provide access, secure the service, respond to support requests, and understand which product capabilities are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, and security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; we use access controls, signed sessions, secure cookies, and provider-side credential verification.
